This compact bike is all handmade using Tam Vong bamboo, which grows in abundance on the hills of Bình Thuận province, Vietnam. Tam Vong bamboo is light weight but has the same tensile strength as steel. The bike components are of a high quality, from Taiwanese suppliers. The components and bamboo frames are connected with steel joints and tested rigorously through our extensive quality control processes.
The Folding bike is perfect for every day cycling or even longer rides. It features 7 gears for easy riding, front and rear bamboo mud-guards, an adjustable seat and front and back calliper brakes. Bamboo, as a natural resource is strong yet flexible, thus the bamboo frame ensures comfort even on bad roads. As the name suggests, the folding bike can be folded to make it compact and save room. Within a matter of minutes, the bike can be folded (without the use of tools) to a size of 840 x 900 x 300mm, with a total weight of just 14 kilos. You can choose to pull it, taking advantage of the rear wheel.
We have 2 workshops in the province, creating jobs for 10 craftsmen and women. It takes over 50 hours of expertise to craft these unique bikes: by riding this bike you contribute to a better life for dozens of people.
